Adult Psychotherapy

The‚Äč Therapeutic Relationship

I believe that psychotherapy works best when we collaborate to build a strong therapeutic relationship. We will focus on your strengths while getting a clearer understanding of what may keep you from finding balance in your day-to-day experience.

How can therapy help you? Therapists can provide support, problem-solving skills and enhanced coping strategies for issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, stress, body image and creative blocks. Therapists can provide a fresh perspective on a difficult problem and point you in the direction of a different understanding. The benefits you obtain depend on how well you use the process and put into practice what you learn.
