Currently, I am not accepting new clients.
I am a therapist whose practice is based on mindfulness and self-compassion because I believe they are cornerstones for achieving fulfilling life experiences. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve current challenges in your life. By using complementary therapy approaches, we will explore long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may persist and keep you from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
In addition, I work with couples who often find themselves in a disappointing cycle, repeating the same fight with different content. This pattern keeps them from finding expression in vulnerable, loving ways. I work with couples to help them see each other in their fullness - emotionally, physically and spiritually - and to learn to listen and communicate in healthy, caring ways.

"Your task is not to seek for love,
but merely to seek and find all the
barriers within yourself that you have built against it."
"Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom."
- Viktor Frankl
